Prior to your move, our commercial surveyor will visit existing premises discussing your requirements and answer any initial questions , whilst providing helpful feedback on how to ensure your move is smooth, seamless and ensures minimal business interruption.

Following this survey, a full and comprehensive quotation and specification will be provided, taking into account any specific requirements or specialist equipment. It may be that you wish us to carry out your re-location out of hours or at weekends to minimise disruption, neither is a problem.
Once your relocation is booked with us, our staff will remain in regular communication and our porters are briefed in advance of the move.

 

CRATE HIRE
Many office moves require smaller items such as desk contents, files and paperwork to be packed. This is done so utilising commercial moving crates which are delivered in advance ready for packing and labelling for ease of identification.
In addition, specific crates for safe transportation of IT equipment can be supplied, along with anti-static bubble wrap.

 

ARCHIVE AND DOCUMENT STORAGE
As well as providing actual removal services to businesses and offices, another fundamental and key service to our business customers is the short and long term storage of business and confidential data and paperwork. Quite often storing data off site can free up valuable office space for expansion and ensures continued compliance with building and fire regulations.
